Shreyaa Venkat is the founder & CEO of the nonprofit NEST4US and a Global Health accelerated masters student at Georgetown University. 22-year-old Shreyaa already has over 15 years of volunteer service under her belt and has spent over 7,500 hours giving back to the community.
Additionally, she serves as a versatile leader in manifold capacities, representing organizations like the Clinton Foundation, World Food Forum, Points of Light, Chegg, Giving Tuesday, ICANHELP, YOUNGA, Rare Beauty, United Nations, Riley's Way Foundation, World Wildlife Fund, UNA USA, Virginia Department of Health, Good Deeds Day, Youth Service America, etc., driving holistic social impact from the community level to the international scale. Currently, Shreyaa is pursuing a career in health policy, combining her passions for health equity, climate advocacy, and volunteerism to aid marginalized communities worldwide. In addition to her altruistic endeavors, she is a travel soccer player, 3rd degree black belt, Kathak dancer, and martial arts instructor. Shreyaa strives to create a united and just world by fostering a community built upon mutual respect, inclusivity, and kindness and positively impacting tens of thousands worldwide through passionate service.
Esha Venkat is the founder and COO of NEST4US and a 19-year-old freshman at Georgia Institute of Technology majoring in Public Policy with a minor in Global Development. Over the past decade, she has contributed 7000+ hours of service engaging people of all demographics through a wide array of global service campaigns that support causes ranging from global hunger, social justice, and mental health to quality education, poverty, and climate action.
Esha enacts powerful change across local, national, and global communities as a visionary leader representing organizations such as Points of Light, World Bank's Global Youth Climate Network, Riley's Way Foundation, FAO's World Food Forum, Millennium Campus Network, Clinton Foundation, UNESCO Learning Planet, Be Strong Global, Civics Unplugged, UNA-USA, World Wildlife Fund, Shyne Awards Foundation, Good Deeds Day, Global Peace HQ, YOUNGA, Youth Service America, Giving Tuesday, etc.
To her, a true leader is someone who not only positively impacts people, but also inspires them to take charge themselves. Over the past fourteen years, Esha has carried this mindset into everything she's indulged in-the arts, as the lead dancer in her hip-hop and kathak teams and 3rd-degree black belt and assistant instructor in martial arts, sports, as the captain of her school and travel soccer teams and certified referee, academics, as a Dean's List and Faculty Honors student, and service, as an active leader in numerous global philanthropic and student-led organizations.
According to Esha, transforming the future involves innovation, hard work, and cooperation between diverse communities, paired with compassionate leaders, cohesive teams, and collaborative cultures in order to achieve the common goal of a sustainable and equitable world.
