Shreyaa Venkat: Chief Executive Officer

Shreyaa Venkat is an award-winning nonprofit leader, international speaker, humanitarian, and activist who utilizes multifaceted approaches to address society's most pressing issues. As the 21-year old founder and CEO of NEST4US, she engages people of all ages and backgrounds through a wide array of global service campaigns that support causes ranging from global hunger and social justice to quality education and youth activism. A sought-after speaker, Shreyaa has advocated for the Global Goals at hundreds of conferences, panels and summits at renowned venues including The Gates Foundation, The King Center, The Clinton Foundation, United Nations, Facebook, Victoria's Secret PINK, IBM, Lead National Conferences, L'Oreal Paris, PeaceJam, etc. She has also been featured on notable news and media outlets including the TODAY Show, People, GMA, New York Times, Reader's Digest, Forbes, etc. As a Georgetown University senior majoring in Global Health she is currently pursuing a career in the healthcare field, combining her passions for health equity, climate activism, and volunteerism to aid marginalized communities worldwide.

Esha Venkat: Chief Operating Officer

18-year-old Esha Venkat is a global changemaker, ambitious servant leader, and groundbreaking girlpreneur passionate about advancing social progress across the globe. As the founder and COO of NEST4US, she works extensively with the public to drive collaborative awareness and action, mobilizing volunteers to drive the fight for equality and justice worldwide. Esha serves as a representative for numerous councils and organizations, such as Points of Light, UNESCO, Be Strong Global, Giving Tuesday, Riley's Way Foundation, Youth Service America, and Civics Unplugged, where she has empowered thousands to build a better future alongside her. An avid champion for human rights and community development, she has presented at hundreds of revered panels and forums to those across six continents. In addition, Esha has been recognized with many accolades over the years for her charitable works, as well as been featured on global mediums including New York Times, The TODAY show, Variety, Thrive Global, People Magazine, Scholastic, Channel Kindness, NBC, Daily Mail, WUSA9, etc. In the future, Esha aspires to work at the intersection of the health, technology, and nonprofit sectors and further expand her contributions across the globe!

Anu Raghunathan: President

Anu Raghunathan brings more than 20 years of experience in project management, marketing, administration, strategic communications, and recruitment into the public, nonprofit and private sectors. She is a visionary, entrepreneur, and community advocate. As the Vice President of Savesoft, Inc., she plays a leadership role in business development and oversees all marketing and recruitment activities. Anu's expertise include strategic planning, volunteer management, and leadership training for organizations of varied sizes and capacities. She is a community leader with a strong commitment to and passion for civic engagement through volunteerism in communities internationally. Apart from her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Anu is a certified Zumba instructor, avid traveler, and great cook. She truly believes in Mahatma Gandhi's wise words - "Be the change you wish to see in the world." As a female entrepreneur of a minority-owned small business, Anu challenges people to fulfill their true purpose in life and become engaged and socially-conscious human beings. Corliss Udoema: Director

Corliss Udoema is an innovative and results-oriented entrepreneur, philanthropist, evangelist, author, and international motivational speaker. She serves as the President and CEO of Contract Solutions, Inc. (CSI), a national staffing firm which she grew from a seed of less than $50 to a successful national multi-million-dollar, debt free company. CSI has twice been named by the Washington Business Journal as one of the top 30 staffing companies in the DMV and three times named as one of the top Small Business Philanthropist companies of the year. Udoema hails from New Bern, North Carolina, and after traveling to 59 countries, now resides in Haymarket, VA. As the President of AGAPE Love in Action, she shares her love for veterans and the community at large through the Wisdom Meets Technology, Hope in a Bag, Reach 2 Feed, and Business Battle Buddy initiatives. Udoema's belief of putting "Action" towards her passion has fueled her work as a life-long community worker to to assist and improve the quality of life for those in need.
