4A ) Food Safety and Liability Protections

NEST4US prioritizes the health and safety of all individuals involved in our food recovery, redistribution, and service initiatives. We adhere to established federal and state food safety standards, including the protections outlined in the Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act. All volunteers and partners are expected to follow proper food handling procedures as communicated during training or event coordination. While NEST4US takes reasonable steps to ensure safe practices, participation in food-related activities is at one’s own risk. NEST4US is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss arising from improper food handling outside of our designated safety protocols.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services (including text, images, graphics, logos, and software) is owned or licensed by NEST4US and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from NEST4US (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms:

Donation / Solicitation Disclosure

We are committed to transparency in all fundraising activities, the responsible stewardship of funds, and the privacy of our donors.

NEST4US (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our federal tax identification number (EIN) is: 83-2161815

2. Purpose of Solicitation
