Shreyaa Venkat is the 23-year-old founder and CEO of the nonprofit NEST4US and a Global Health B.S. M.S. graduate from Georgetown University. With 8,000+ hours of service under her belt over the past 15 years, Shreyaa specializes in leveraging strategic partnership-building and community mobilization to drive holistic social impact. As a C-suite nonprofit executive, she possesses a wealth of experience in the civil society sector, spearheading cross-sector social impact at the intersection of global health, philanthropy, and sustainable development by building multi-stakeholder partnership coalitions and mobilizing thousands of change agents worldwide to tackle real-world challenges head-on.
Shreyaa’s leadership extends across multiple sectors, as she’s contributed to strategic program development, policy dialogue, and civic engagement from the community level to the international scale within organizations including the Clinton Foundation, FAO’s World Food Forum, Points of Light, Chegg, Riley’s Way Foundation, Giving Tuesday, ICANHELP, Rare Beauty, Good Deeds Day, YOUNGA, Youth Service America, UNA-USA, etc. Additionally, she serves as an avid champion for the Global Goals, advancing dialogue at renowned venues including the Gates Foundation, King Center, Clinton Foundation, United Nations, Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior (SNEB), U.S. Department of Education, FAO, L’Oreal Paris, Amazon, Victoria’s Secret PINK, Cisco, Lead National Conferences, IBM, PeaceJam, The Conversationalist, etc.
Currently, Shreyaa is pursuing a career in health policy, combining her passions for health equity, global development, and philanthropy to transform communities across the world. Her joint global health background and NGO experience, paired with a steadfast commitment to advancing the SDGs via global partnership development, make her a powerful force for catalyzing social change—and she’s just getting started.
