The NEST4US Impact Internship Program offers hands-on leadership and service experiences for students and early-career changemakers seeking meaningful involvement in the nonprofit and social impact space.
Open to high school/college students and recent graduates across the United States, the program provides immersive exposure to real-world initiatives that advance community-driven impact locally, nationally, and globally. This is an unpaid internship with a 10-15 hour/week time commitment.
Interns work alongside the NEST4US team to support program execution, strategy, outreach, and operations—building practical skills, project coordination, and nonprofit management while earning volunteer hours and leadership recognition.
This program is designed for individuals who want to apply their skills with purpose, grow as values-driven leaders, and contribute to work that addresses real community needs through service.
